Current mood:  ecstatic
BCW is RED WHITE AND BRUISED in Martin, Kentucky!

By: Jaime Caudill

The night starts off with Sammy Stylz, Brandon Ward, and Sombra coming to the Ring. Sammy Stylz informs the crowd in attendance that later tonight when him and Bunny Love face off against Eugene Waldo and Nicole Starr in a inter-gender tag match that he gets to choose what is at stake. For the match he chooses to go after Commissioner Lisa's Commissionership. If Revolution wins, Bunny Love will be the new commissioner of BCW. However, if they lose, Bunny Love must retire and never come back to BCW! Sammy goes on to tell the crowd to shut up that he has another announcement: he has found a replacement for Michael Jameson, this just one week since he brought in rookie Brandon Ward. Then Michael Jameson's music hits, and everyone is expecting Jameson, only for Bunny Love to come out with a new guy who we are told is Alex Angel, and he will be in action tonight against Criminal Intent, and its time to get that started!!!

CRIMINAL INTENT VS REVOLUTION

When their music starts playing, we have Criminal Intent coming to the ring to face off against Brandon Ward and the newcomer to revolution Alex Angel. Criminal Intent , however, is without the services of the lovely Summer Raynes this week as she had an important business meeting. Revolution on the other hand is in full effect, with every member at ringside: Sammy Stylz, Sambra, and the stunning Bunny Love. Let's just say it isn't looking too good for Criminal Intent at the get-go. The Match starts off with Duke Allstriker and Alex Angel locking up and Duke just throwing him back. Then with another lock up Duke powers him into the corner, and starts pummeling Angel. Duke then picks him up over his head in a gorilla press then launches him through the air to guillotine Angel's neck across the top rope. It's a clearly a warm welcome for Michael Jameson's replacement in Revolution. Duke tags in Arson in what is the beginning of some great tag team wrestling. They deliver a straight jacket, then arson putting on a submission to the already hurt neck and head of Angel. Arson tags in duke and they do a double back elbow into a double elbow drop. Then Duke administers some heavy hands and is just punishing Alex Angel. After another quick tag to arson, Duke throws Angel into the turnbuckles where Arson hits his fly-by Clothesline and Duke follows it up with a gigantic splash in the corner, leaving Angel rolling toward the outside under the protection of his fellow Revolution members. After a meeting of the minds, so to speak, Brandon Ward makes his first appearance in the ring and locks a headlock on Arson. Arson, however, reverses it and delivers a high-impact shoulder-tackle. While coming off the ropes he gets tripped by Sammy Stylz and it gives Ward the chance he needs to take over on Arson and take over he does! Delivering a series of brutal kicks and tagging in Alex Angel. Angel comes in and gives Arson some kicks of his own and a high knee in the corner to the face of Arson. Then securing Arson in a half crab, Alex Angel, with the ref distracted, gets help from Brandon Ward and really dishes out the pain. Revolution clearly seems to have a plan tonight and has plenty of members at ringside to carry it out. Finally after several times, Duke has had enough and breaks it up, only to have the ref put him out and give Revolution a chance to double team Arson in the corner. After several minutes of Revolution punishing Arson with chinlocks and chokes, Duke is able to get the tag. The ref does not see it and put him right back on the apron. Brandon Ward comes in and uses his own unique backbreaker then tags in Alex Angel who hits a gut buster. It is not looking good for Criminal Intent. Bunny Love and Sombra are at ringside taking every shot they can to further injure arson, and Sammy is sternly guiding his new tag team. When all hope seems to be lost Arson crawls through the legs of Angel and makes the tag to Duke. Duke comes in and just hammers Angel and Ward with some punishing fist. Then after landing a spine buster on ward and knocking Alex Angel to the outside he shoots ward into the corner. With Angel and Arson battling on the outside, Duke lands another big splash in the corner and puts the Lockdown on Ward in the center of the Ring! Sombra comes over and gets on the apron only to be seen by the ref who goes to put him down. Then Ward tapped repeatedly but the ref doesn't see it. Stylz comes in and hits Duke over the head with a pipe. Ward immediately rolls him up for the one, two, three pin. Revolution, however isn't even close to being done. Sombra wraps a chain around Duke's neck as the other members of Revolution beat on Arson. Alex Angel delivers a superkick on Arson who gets thrown right into an RKO by Stylz. They make their way to Duke, who ends up eating a superkick of his own. Revolution then set both men up for Bunny Love to Smack with one of her legendary right hands! The loyal Criminal Intent fans are in an uproar, angered by this Revolution win!

John Noble vs. Mr. Old School David Runyon

Next up we have the return of John Noble former two-time BCW World Heavyweight Champion. Tonight he will be facing Mr. Old School David Runyon, who after last week's show is claiming to be BCW Heritage Champion after he stole the belt from Michael Havoc. With the help of Criminal intent, in a business transaction. As this match gets underway we see from the get go that John Noble is too powerful than Mr Old School, with Runyon trying mind games early to try to bend the ref to his will. Fed up, Noble finally lays in a huge punch that rocks the jaw of Runyon! After what could only be described as a chain wrestling clinic, Noble ends up with a headlock on Runyon. When Runyon tries to shoot Noble off, he holds onto Mr. Old School's nose, only to have the ref slap Noble's hand away with Runyon in intense pain. With Runyon complaining , Noble informs him that it was the ref that did it. After another round of lock ups and reversals we find ourselves in the same predicament with Runyon's nose in Noble's hands only to have the ref do it yet again. At this point, Runyon, clearly frustrated, does something completely unorthodox for him and calls for a test of strength. Noble has no problem putting him to the ground then stomps his fingers. On such a cold night that had to hurt! Runyon immediately calls for another test of strength and you know he must have a plan. Sure enough he kicks Noble and tries to stomp his fingers only to have Noble move and roll him up for a near-fall. These two men clearly came to fight. With Runyon wanting to show that he has a right to be Heritage Champ and Noble wanting to prove himself to maybe get a title shot and that prestigious third BCW Championship. Noble shoots Runyon off the ropes and Runyon catches him with a DDT then immediately goes to the arm and shoulder. He works Noble's arms for several minutes using the ropes to help crank on the pain. Noble eventually reverses an Irish whip and goes for Runyon only to have him move, and him hit that already sore shoulder. Runyon immediately goes back to work on the arm then tries to force both shoulders down for the pin, only to have Noble bridge out. Runyon, trying to jump on Noble's stomach as he is bridged, overplays his hand and Noble gets his knees up sending Runyon to a land of pain no man wants to travel. Seeing his chance, John Noble hits Runyon with a TKO and with the ref's hand mere inches from the 3-count, Runyon manages to get a foot on the ropes. After a reversal in the corner, these two men manage to bump heads and they both go down! This has been a taxing match on both competitors and at this point it is anyones match. When both men get up you see that Runyon has taken something out of his tights. He goes to hit Noble with it only to have Noble dodge the punch and go for a backdrop. With the ref to the blind side, Runyon hits noble in the head with the foreign object and picks up the Victory! The crowd is not pleased...

Painful Insanity vs The Malibu Medics

Now it's time for the Tag Team Title bout of the evening, as Painful Insanity squares off against The Malibu Medics. This looks to be a good match as Dop has been mentoring young aiden reigns, and the Malibu Medics have really upped there game as of late. The match gets underway as the Medic # 2 locks on a headlock on Reigns. Reigns shoots the medic off and lands several shoulder-tackles and bodyslams. Clearly his time with DOP is showing. It looks like it is going to be a easy night for the champs as the challengers have no answer to the DOP. With Aiden back in control the Medic rakes his eyes and begins laying in to Aiden Reigns. After several big chops in the corner the Malibu Medics begin a series of quick tags on Reigns and Taunts on the DOP. Several times getting the big man to come in and force the ref to send him out, allowing The medics to double team Reigns. Reigns, showing a lot of heart, narrowly avoids some pinfalls and shows that he has a true heart of a champion. Miraculously Reigns is able to take down one of the Medics and manages to tag in the DOP who has been chomping at the bits to get in and get some of the action. DOP is like man on a mission: with thunderous side slams and splashes the DOP manages to incapacitate the medics and allow Reigns to get to his feet. The DOP does a huge chokeslam and picks up the 3-count pinfall for his team! The audience seems pleased by this win!

Sammy Stylz& Bunny Love vs. Eugene Waldo & Nicole Starr

As this match is about to get underway we are informed that the men can only fight the men, and the women the women. As we begin it's Eugene Waldo facing Sammy Stylz, to see if Bunny will be commissioner or be forced to retire. Eugene does a little dance inside the ring for the fans and they are loving it! There is no love lost between these fans and Sammy Stylz and the fans let him know it! Eugene and Sammy have some quick exchanges then Sammy tries to tag in Bunny Love and she shakes her head no while Sammy tags her in anyway. Looking very distraught, Bunny Love climbs through the ropes into the ring to face the dangerous Nicole Starr. Bunny quickly loses her nerve and climbs out of the ring and runs from Nicole. Eventually Eugene and Sammy end up facing each other in the ring again and Eugene is getting the upper hand over Stylz, landing his Stunner on the smaller man. Eugene ends up outside of the ring and gets beat up by Revolution, and Nicole is inside the ring trying to handle Bunny Love and Sammy Stylz herself. She does a great job of holding off her two opponents, but they end up taking over. Stylz lands his RKO on Nicole Starr and the vicious Bunny Love takes this opportunity to pin Starr for the win and the commissionership now belongs to Bunny Love! Although the fiery Bunny Love is the new commissioner, it seems Sammy Stylz thinks he has all of the power from this new commissionership coming into play, informing the crowd that it is Revolution's BCW now and that he, Sammy Stylz, has a lot of new plans for BCW and it's wrestlers....we will keep our eyes open as this development unfolds as I'm not so sure Bunny is going to be that easy for Sammy to control.

Lisa then comes out and announces that her last act as commissioner will be to give the loyal fans of Martin a Battle Royal in which the winner would be the number one contender for the BCW World Championship title. The fans are excited about this announcement and brace themselves for a huge, brutal match!

The Battle Royal

In the ring we have Painful Insanity, criminal Intent, the Malibu medics, David Runyon, John Noble, Brandon ward, Sammy Stylz, Sombra, and Alex Angel. All of these men are hoping to be the last man standing in the ring, and be named number ONE contender for Eugene Waldo's World title. As the match gets underway John Noble and David Runyon battle to the outside, eliminating each other , and battle all the way to the locker room! Now Chaos erupts in the ring with men going from man to man trying to beat down and throw out anyone in their way! Arson is picking his spots only to end up getting ganged up on by Stylz and Ward. DOP is laying into a Medic while Duke is putting an obviously painful back breaker on Alex Angel. Sombra is picking his spots to inflict the most damage, and Aiden Reigns is tussling with a Medic. It goes on like this for several minutes and is a highly interesting match! The 3rd Person to be eliminated is the Medic #2 as the DOP throws him out. The Medic #1 is knocked out by a heavy right hand from the big man Duke Allstriker. Duke lands a big splash only to see the DOP throw out his tagteam partner Arson. Duke immediately gets DOPs attention and slings Aiden Reigns over the top. Now it has definitely picked up as both men get nose to nose in the center of the ring, clearly mad at the other for the tossing of the partners, and the crowd goes wild! Revolution members, being the only other wrestlers in the ring, step to the side and watch. DOP and Duke push off and hit the ropes and both men deliver a hard shoulder tackle but nobody goes down! Then they run even harder and hit with a thud that sounded like two bulls. Still neither man went down! Both clearly stunned and going to opposite corners, Revolution strikes! They move first to eliminate Duke, and have him going over the ropes by the time DOP rushes over and attacks Sombra. Duke goes out and is the next man eliminated and he is clearly upset. DOP wastes no time tossing out Sombra, and then grabs Alex angel and throws him out. Now it is down to DOP, Sammy Stylz, and Brandon Ward. They try to work the DOP over only to have him toss them both over the top! Then Alex Angel rushes in and tosses out the DOP as he is leaning over the ropes. Apparently Angel went through the second rope and landed on the apron and just hid out at ringside. This makes Sammy Stylz' self-proclaimed heir to Michael Jameson's position in Revolution, Alex Angel, the number one Contender to Eugene Waldo's World title. Eugene wastes no time getting acquainted and runs out and delivers a beating to Angel and gives him a Stunner for his efforts. The crowd goes wild as Revolution makes their way to the back , battered and bruised but owning a title shot and Bunny as Commissioner!

BCW Captivates Virgie, Kentucky!

                                        By: Jaime Caudill

BCW was back in Virgie, Kentucky on October 10th, 2009...a year after our last visit and that was
WAY too long from the look and sound of the loud, excited fans in Virgie!

The “High Flames Drifter” ARSON vs. The Malibu Medic #2
The night begins with Summer Raynes bringing out one half of Criminal Intent, “The High Flames Drifter” Arson vs The Malibu Medic #2 ! Arson and the Medic have a couple of exchanges and it looks like Arson is at the top of his game tonight! Both competitors are moving at a quicker pace and it looks like this one may end early after a headlock reversal into an armbar. Arson walks the rope, still holding onto the Medic’s arm and jumps off the top rope landing his “Crimewave” on the Medic. The move appears to stun the Medic, but he somehow gains the upper hand with an eye rake and some quick moves, then landing a harsh leg drop on Arson. The two have a few more exchanges including a double back elbow combo that shows that Arson is still working hard in between matches and expanding his overall game! Arson then lands the “Overdrive” on the Medic for a One, two, three pinfall and the victory! The fans go wild cheering for Arson and Summer Raynes in their moment of triumph.

The “Bounty Killa” Duke Allstriker vs. The Malibu Medic #1
The next match has the other half of Criminal Intent “The Bounty Killa” Duke Allstriker with Criminal Intent’s Stunningly beautiful and lethal handler, Summer Raynes at ringside vs. the Malibu Medic #1 who has showed a vast improvement over the course of the last few months. Clearly the feud with Criminal Intent has hardened him. The match gets under way with Duke asking the crowd what they want him to do to the Medic and is responded to by all fans in attendance. The crowd is truly behind Duke Allstriker. Duke and the Medic lock up and Duke backs the medic into the corner twice with the medic complaining that his illustrious hair was pulled. Duke, finally exhausted from the complaining, grabs him by his hair, backs him into the ropes, then slings him across the ring like a rag doll by his lovely blonde hair. These men continue to literally try to beat each other to death, both men using kicks and punches most of the match. The Medic does manage to get the upper hand and choke Duke on the ropes. Duke comes back with a thundering body slam then puts the Medic #1 in his original submission move, “The Lockdown”. In a matter of seconds the Medic was tapping out in pure agony and thus another win for Duke Allstriker! The fans are louder than ever for the big man and the classy cop as but they seem to be even more excited than usual and the vibe in the building is amazing!

BCW Heritage Champion “The Wildheart” Michael Haviek
vs.
“Mr. Old School” David Runyon”
Next up on what has already been a wonderful card we have The Wildheart Michael Haviek vs. Mr. Old School David Runyon. The fans clearly don’t like Mr. Old School as they taunt him unmercifully, and in kind he taunts them right back. Clearly no love is lost with the fans, or one Michael Haviek for that matter. These two men have a bitter rivalry going that has seen David Runyon come close on several occasions, but Haviek always seems to dig deep and retain his hard earned title. The match gets under way and it is a lot more physical than what we have seen in the past. Runyon ends up with a upper hand after a less than sportsman-like move. Runyon tries to get in his groove but every time he gets in a rhythm Michael Haviek gets a burst of energy and cuts him off. The match is like that all the way through, both men seeming to gain the upper hand momentarily with both men stealing moves from the others playbook. Haviek, however, is still feeling the effects of that injured arm he has suffered throughout this feud with Runyon. David Runyon is more than happy to continue working it for him. After a very heated exchange and several near falls the men end up on the outside. They have a pure brawl on the outside and both men end up counted out! The bell rings and it’s announced that both men were counted out and there was no victor in this match! But that does not stop them as they battle into the ring. With Haviek dazed on the ropes, Mr. Old School comes running off the far ropes only to have Michael Haviek backdrop him to the outside. With Haviek exhausted and keeping a eye on Runyon, Criminal Intent run out to the ring to everyone’s surprise! When Michael Haviek turns around, Arson hits him in the stomach with a night stick and Duke delivers a Devastating Rock Bottom! Meanwhile, Summer Raynes snatches the Heritage title and delivers it to one David Runyon. Clearly something is up!
Upon Further investigation backstage it seems that Criminal Intent, under the Supervision and guidance of The Lovely Summer Raynes are now Thugs 4 Hire. With the Motto “You pay up we Beatdown“, with David Runyon paying her for the assist in capturing the title. The title that he insists he did not lose because of the countout, and therefore he claims he is the new champ, even saying that possession is nine tenths of the law. I’m sure Wildheart Michael Haviek will have something to say about that!

BCW Tagteam Champions Painful Insanity
vs.
Revolution’s Sammy Stylz and Brandon Ward

Right away we find out there is a stipulation that if Revolution wins Sammy gets to dictate what is at stake in the intergender match at Red, White, and Bruised!!! The match gets underway as the two newcomers Brandon Ward and Aiden Reigns go thru some quick flurries, with even Sammy Stylz getting in on the action briefly. Then Reigns tags in the big man DOP to come in and clean house delivering a big splash on both Revolution members. As DOP works over Stylz, Ward comes in and they attempt to give DOP a suplex only to have him reverse it on both of them. DOP tags in Aiden Reigns and he delivers some great body slams, and some nice leg drops. Then Sammy, seeing the opportunity, delivers some punches and throws Reigns to the outside. This is not where he wants to be with the sinfully seductive and equally destructive Bunny Love at ringside! True to form she works over Aiden Reigns like a pro! Sammy Stylz, ever the opportunist, begins taking Aiden Reigns apart. Sammy then tags in his newest Protégé Brandon Ward, the man who is in Sammy’s words “best man for the job”. Aiden is continuously pounded by ward, adding taunts to DOP to try to get him in the ring, illegally giving them a chance to double team Reigns. Along with some good-timed referee distractions, causing the ref to miss some legal tags. Seems keeping DOP on the apron is Sammy Stylz game plan for the evening. Finally Reigns makes the tag and DOP cleans house! With Stylz and Reigns battling it out on the outside and DOP getting cut off by an eye rake from Ward, DOP catches Ward off the ropes and delivers a World’s Strongest Slam followed up by a Baldo Bomb. But the ref is being manipulated by Bunny Love and sees nothing. Sammy Stylz meanwhile takes out Reigns and sneaks into the ring with one of the tag title belts. As the ref begins to turn Stylz throws the belt to DOP and takes a Dive seeming to be knocked cold. The ref mistakenly thinks DOP has hit Stylz with the belt and calls for the bell. Revolution has won the match and Sammy Stylz gets to decide what is at stake in the upcoming intergender match! Backstage we learn that Sammy Stylz is after the commissionership, which currently belongs to Commissioner Lisa Cantrell. If Bunny Love and Sammy Stylz beat Eugene Waldo and Nicole Starr, Bunny Love will be Commissioner. However, in order for that to happen, Stylz must put something up too… and he chooses Bunny Loves career! Which to say the least does not sit well with Bunny Love.

BCW World Heavyweight Champion Eugene Waldo
                            vs.
“Hollywood’s Next Big Thing” BJ Fuller
Now it’s time for the main event as Eugene Waldo “Grandma Waldo’s Favorite Waldo” defends his BCW World Heavyweight Title against “Hollywood’s next big thing” BJ Fuller. It’s safe to say that these men have almost nothing in common, that is, except that they can’t stand each other. Waldo, from his humble origins and BJ, feeling that he is too good to share the same ring with him and that the fans should avert their eyes, not worthy of his greatness. The Match begins with Eugene on a mission , a seek and destroy mission, as he pummels BJ Fuller! The fans get to see some great exchanges with BJ eventually getting the upper hand and almost destroying Waldo’s Knee. To follow it up he uses a figure four leglock with some outside assistance. Waldo manages to free himself only to find himself in a single leg crab while BJ Fuller is cranking on the pain. It looks like Waldo is going to have to go home without his belt when …out of nowhere Waldo locks in an ankle lock giving Eugene Waldo a tapout victory over BJ Fuller! The fans are definitely ecstatic with the outcome of this match, with the happiest woman in attendance being Grandma Waldo, who came all the way from Waldoville to see Eugene defend his BCW World Championship title successfully!

BCW: #1 in Wrestling and #1 in your Heart!

                            By: Jaime Caudill

I had an awesome time at the Bluegrass Championship Wrestling show in Paintsville, Ky on Saturday the 12th of September! We were back at the  Paintsville Rec Center, which was packed as usual and the loyal BCW fans were in the mood for a big show!
At the start of the show, Sammy Stylz came out to the ring with his entourage which includes none other than the fiery diva Bunny Love, Hollywood's BJ Fuller, and Sammy's bodygaurd Samba. Stylz procedes to let the crowd know that he and his comrades are the new, improved Revolution, without the "weak link" Michael Jameson. They go on to tell the fans in attendance about every diabolical deed they have acted on since the last time they were in Paintsville. Sweet Sammy Stylz made a point to tell the fans that he did in fact pin Eugene Waldo at the show last week in Martin, but the commissioner had cheated him. Of course, Sammy feels he will get his revenge tonight and win the belt from Waldo. Stylz is interrupted by Criminal Intent being led to the ring by the sultry Summer Raynes. Everyone is in the ring eye to eye and you can feel the tension and hostility. Arson gets on the mic and informs the fans that he is sick of Stylz and Revolution and their bad-mouthing, disrespectful attitudes. He gives Sammy a Stylz action figure that looks strangely similar to a munchkin doll then tosses it to an excited fan. Arson tells Stylz that since he is so sure of himself maybe he needs a warmup for his upcoming title defense later tonight and challeges Stylz to a match. Enraged at the action figure or maybe just pushed a little too far, Stylz takes Arson up on his offer. BJ Fuller assumes he will have no match and tells the commissioner he will have the night off so he would leave immediately for Hollywood. The Commissioner has a surprise for BJ and informs him that he is going to face Duke Allstriker directly after the Stylz/Arson match! However, both men would be banned from ringside.

The High Flames Drifter Arson with Summer Raynes Vs Sweet Sammy Stylz with Bunny Love
Both men come out with their tempers flaring with fans squarely behind Arson. With what looked like Arson pulling off a surprise victory, only to have Samba put Sammy's foot on the rope and causing a restart, much to Arson's dismay, Stylz ends up coming out with the win! Bunny Love seemed happy with this outcome but Summer Raynes seemed to be having trouble holding her temper as her wrestler, Arson, lost out on his near-win.

The Bounty Killa Duke Allstriker with Summer Raynes Vs Hollywood's Own BJ Fuller
This is a high-impact grudge match with both men doing their best to come out with the win. Samba's presence was deeply felt during the course of this match. With Duke looking to have things wrapped up, Samba sprays poison mist in his face, giving BJ the opportunity he needed to hit the stroke and the Frogsplash. He goes on to pick up the win and some momentum going into BCW's busy Fall schedule while Duke and Summer were definitely not pleased.

BCW Tag Team Title Match: "Pain and Insanity" vs. The Medics with Sweet Brown Suga'
The Medics seem to be improving every week. They have fought some great battles in the past few weeks and it seems Sweet Brown Suga' has beaten them into shape. They came in to give the new champs a legitimate run for the belts. Unfortunately DOP would have none of that, and after a highly exciting match and intense attack, Painful Insanity successfully defends their title.

BCW Heritage Title Match: "Mr. Old School" David Runyon Vs "Wildheart" Michael Haviek
As these men continue to battle for the heritage championship, it's clear that they're becoming more in tune with each others moves. With Runyon trying to ground Michael Haviek, and Haviek trying to free himself up enough to hit some of his explosive moves. With the match going back and forth throughout, Michael Haviek is eventually able to pick up a clean, strong win and seems ready to take on all others.

BCW World Championship Title Match: Sweet Sammy Stylz Vs. The Beloved Hillbilly Eugene Waldo
The fans clearly behind their dancing hillbilly champion, the crowd erupts as Eugene Waldo enters the ring. Stylz is ready for battle and wants to own the World Championship title almost as much as Eugene. They trade punches and skillful moves while the crowd is voicing their strong feelings against Sammy Stylz. After Stylz getting the upper hand several times, Eugene Waldo comes back to take the win and please his adoringly loyal Paintsville fans!
For an Awesome time, come see one of our many BCW shows! Here are a couple of the upcoming events! Don't miss out on the fun and great entertainment!

Bluegrass Championship Wrestling Comes Back to Martin, KY!

BCW was back in Martin, Ky. on Saturday, August 1st for another action-filled night! The show started with Revolution making their way to the ring to talk some trash to the crowd as usual. Sammy Stylz and BJ Fuller were on their worst behavior for the Martin crowd as they told them exactly what they thought of them with some harsh words not worth repeating here. There was no love lost with the audience, as they taunted Sweet Sammy Stylz right back with "Midget" chants. Since Michael Jameson, the former leader of Revolution, was injured on the 4th of July in Martin at the hands of Revolution's own Sammy Stylz, Jameson was not around for any type of comment or to give any news on his injuries. Stylz made it clear that he will be running Revolution from here on out since Michael Jameson was the "weak link" of Revolution anyway.

Mr. Old School David Runyon VS. Arson, The High-Flames Drifter

Summer Raynes leads Arson, one half of Criminal Intent to the ring to face Mr. Old School David Runyon in yet another match between the two men. It's easy to see both of the men are ready to get down to business and each desperately want to win as they lock up and the fight starts! After a series of arm bars and punches, Runyon looks to be getting the upper hand, but that doesn't last long. Arson quickly comes back at Runyon, fighting a battle in which winning is the only option. Arson does a Swanton off the top rope while Runyon barely manages to roll out of the way. Runyon takes this chance to use the ropes for leverage and pins Arson, taking the win!

                      Duke Allstriker Vs. The Medic

The crowd boos as The Medic comes out and quietly enters the ring. Duke Allstriker walks out to a loud, cheering crowd with Summer Raynes by his side as always. The Medic finds the canvas quickly from taking some heavy right hands from Duke Allstriker and again when Duke runs through him thunderously with a shoulder tackle. The Medic manages to briefly gain control by using some underhanded tactics such as eye gauges. However, Duke uses his big rights to get out of the jam and delivers an intimidating body slam which leads to a pin fall victory making for a short match and an impressive victory!

                   D.O.P.  Vs.  B.J. Fuller

Hollywood's own B.J. Fuller of Revolution faces off against the Disciple of Pain (D.O.P.) with the Martin fans clearly supporting D.O.P. and just as clearly against B.J. Fuller. After the less than friendly things B.J. had to say to this crowd it's not a surprise they are dead set against him winning this match. After a series of hard-hitting clotheslines and punches by D.O.P., B.J. manages to get the upper hand and locks on a figure four. Fuller then flies high through the air and lands a frog splash on D.O.P. The Disciple of Pain manages to regain the ground he had lost, punishing B.J. with a series of moves when Sweet Sammy Stylz comes to Fuller's rescue by bringing a chair into the ring and cracking D.O.P. right upside the head with it. The match ends with a disqualification against B.J.
Fuller and D.O.P. picks up the win!

"Wildheart" Michael Haviek vs. Sweet Sammy Stylz

After losing the BCW Heritage Championship title to the Wildheart Michael Haviek on the 4th of July in Martin, Ky., Sammy Stylz is hungry to win the title back tonight. Haviek is just as hungry to keep the title and it's easy to see that this is going to be an intense match from the start!

Sammy Stylz comes out to the ring with his trusty Revolution Ref Johnnie Wilson. Stylz makes it clear to everyone in attendance that the Referee calling this match will indeed be the Revolution Ref. Commissioner Lisa Cantrell reluctantly tells Michael Haviek and the crowd that due to a clause in Sammy's contract she will have to allow Johnnie Wilson to call the match. Haviek makes it known that he will knock Ref Wilson out without thinking twice if necessary. The match begins with a series of headlocks and moves back and forth between Stylz and Haviek. Stylz manages to use his Rock Bottom on the Wildheart Michael Haviek and the crowd is not pleased. Haviek comes back with a Suplex on Stylz and the match looks to be going downhill fast for Sammy Stylz. The Revolution Ref Johnnie Wilson is up to his old tricks and Haviek is not at all happy about this. He asks the crowd if they'd like for him to hit Johnnie and of course they respond with cheers of encouragement. Michael Haviek kindly obliges the crowd and lands a hard punch to the Revolution Ref. With Referee Wilson knocked out, Referee Shane runs out to call the match in a more legitimate way than Wilson had planned, and Haviek manages to successfully defend his Heritage Championship title!

Revolution's Mystery Hitman Vs. BCW Heavyweight Champion Eugene Waldo

Before the main event begins, the crowd has the distinct pleasure of Sweet Sammy's presence yet again! Stylz informs everyone that he has hired someone to get rid of Eugene Waldo for good and take his title from him. Sammy says he has paid a lot of money but it will be worth it to see Eugene suffer. "The Hitman" is introduced and comes out with an overly-confident attitude as he is sure he can do exactly as he was hired to do. Eugene has the entire audience behind him while he defends his BCW Heavyweight Championship title. Several punches and moves are exchanged between the two mammoth heavyweights, as we begin this match. With only a few minutes in the Hitman takes the upper hand and begins his slow and methodical approach at beating Eugene into submission. The Hitman taunts the crowd in between some massive kicks that are landed with the sole purpose to injure Eugene Waldo. After a huge leg drop from the Hitman it looks like things are going to go Revolution's way. Suddenly, from out of nowhere Eugene lands a kick and hits a monumental Stunner and is able to pick up the victory, giving him yet another successful title defense! The crowd is pleased and in the next moment displeased because Stylz and Fuller made their way to the ring again to torment Eugene Waldo and even their own Hitman. Apparently Stylz is angry his money didn't pay off after all and Waldo is still the BCW Heavyweight Champion despite all of Revolution's scheming.

MARTIN JULY 4TH

In Martin Jameson and Stylz come out and say they both have big matches later on that night (Jameson and Waldo for BCW Heavyweight Championship and Stylz and Havick for the BCW Heritage Championship).  They say they want a warm up match but no one in the back has the guts to face them in a tag team match.  Them the music of Criminal Intent hits and we have our first match.  The match went back and forth but in the end it was Jameson and Stylz picking up the victory with a superkick into a RKO.

The second match was the big German Killer Kurt verse Criminal Intent member Mayham.  Mayham gave his all but in the end the big German was to much.  Killer Kurt grabbed the mic and ask if that was all America had to offer.  Then Kentucky Outlaw member David Runyon came out waving the American flag.  Runyon challenged Kurt and Kurt accepted and we had our third match.  Runyon picked up the vicory with a quick schoolboy roll up.

The fourth match was for the BCW Heritage championship.  Champion Sammy Stylz facing off with Michal Havick.  Revolution ref Johnny Wilson made his way to the ring, but in the end was not enough as Havick picked up the victory and became the new BCW Heritage Champion.

The fifth match and main event of the evening was Eugene Waldo defending his BCW Heavyweight Championship against former champ Michael Jameson.  This match was close all through out but Eugene hit Jameson with a stunner and retained his championship

After the main event Sammy Stylz came out and attacked Eugene and Jameson got to his feet and joined in.  Michael Havick came out and was hit by Stylz with a steel chair and was left laying.  Jameson was holding Eugene but Eugene moved out of the way then Stylz swung the chair anyway hitting Jameson on the knee.  Jameson has suffered a knee injury and will be out for several months

Bluegrass Championship Wrestling Explodes into Elkhorn City on Independence Day!
                                         By: Jaime Caudill
I had a great Independence day as I was able to see two BCW shows! The first one was at Elkhorn City, KY and the weather wasn't the only thing that was HOT! The show took place at the 4th on the Fork Festival held by the local Fire Department and BCW didn't fail to amaze the crowd!
Killer Kurt vs The Shooting Star
The show begins with a German vs American match, yes, I mean Killer Kurt vs the Shooting Star. The fans were not happy to see Killer Kurt and hear him badmouth their beloved United States of America. The Shooting Star comes out waving an American flag and the crowd goes wild, chanting USA!! USA!! Killer Kurt shoots the Shooting Star off into a headlock.
After a series of clotheslines and headlocks, Kurt has to go outside to regain his composure. Upon returing to the ring, Killer Kurt starts to break down the Shooting Star and with his rough and determined style it isn't long until this german wrestling machine manages to celebrate a victory on American soil on the most patriotic of holidays. Needless to say the fans were not happy and let Killer Kurt know how much they wanted to send him back to Berlin.

Mr. Old School David Runyon vs Big John Stone
The next match starts with Mr. Old School David Runyon coming to the ring wanting to prove a point that his old school style can defeat the massive beast from Brandon, Florida. John Stone climbs into the ring and the fans are immediately cheering for him to beat Runyon. Stone obliges and immediately starts to punish Runyon and the fans are loving it! After a series of moves, it looks like John Stone has this win in the bag.
Runyon somehow gets the upper hand and tries to give Stone some payback with with a series of submission holds and painful strikes.  Determined to systematically take the big man apart, and it looks like his strategy might pay off. From out of nowhere John Stone Locks on a Cobra Clutch and gets the victory by putting Runyon to sleep.

  Criminal Intent                                Revolution
Duke and Arson           VS        Michael Jameson and Sammy Stylz
with Summer Raynes                 with Bunny Love
Commissioner Lisa introduces Revolution's Michael Jameson and Sammy Stylz to the crowd.  They strut out to the ring with the one and only Bunny Love.  As usual, Michael Jameson lets the wrestling fans know how little he thinks of them, and they have no problem with returning the favor. After some harsh words about the people of Elkhorn City and some less than flattering banter about Criminal Intent, Jameson gives Sammy Stylz his turn to talk trash to the crowd.  Stylz taunts the crowd and they respond by chanting "Midget!" "Midget" at Sammy Stylz.  It is already clear that the fans will not be cheering for Revolution even before Criminal Intent is introduced and walk out to the ring with none other than Summer Raynes.  The Ref for this match is going to be Revolution Ref Johnnie Wilson
The match gets underway as Arson and Sammy Stylz lock up and go through a series of arm bars, hammerlocks and counters. After a couple of hiptosses send both Revolution members to the outside to regroup, it looks like Criminal Intent is looking to get some revenge for the assault they took in Paintsville. Arson and Sammy lock up and Sammy gets the advantage briefly before Arson reverses it and tags in the big man. Duke delivers a precise hammer strike from the ropes and goes immediately to work on the arm. But Sammy the clever trickster rakes the eyes and tags in the former World Champion Michael Jameson who storms into the ring to be caught with a Thunderous Powerslam. After a big clothesline and elbow drop Duke goes for a pin, only for Revolution Ref Johnnie Wilson to get a cramp in his shoulder after the two count. I find it funny how that sometimes seems to happen. After punishing Jameson for several more minutes Duke softens him up and tags in Arson, who continues where Duke left off. Using sentons and suplexes Arson looks to be on his way to securing a victory for Criminal intent. Jameson, who is determined to win the match, avoids a splash and lays into arson leaving him hurt. Jameson tags in Sammy and he immediately starts the punishment. With punches, kicks and neck breakers, Sammy is clearly in charge of the action. He tags in Jameson who comes off the top with a clothesline that nearly takes Arson's head off. Several minutes go by during his brutal attack and Jameson tags Stylz back in. Sammy delivers a series of moves from neck breakers, to a rock bottom, followed of course with his own version of a corporate leg drop. The crowd is clearly wanting Arson to make the tag at this point! The match continues with Arson being the victim to several blind tags and double team moves from the resilient Revolution. A lesser man than Arson would have given up, but somehow he manages to make a tag. Duke comes into the ring like a house of fire delivering blow after blow to revolution, until both him and Arson are delivering punches to Jameson and Stylz in the corners. Criminal Intent whips Revolution together and Sammy takes a spill to the outside. Arson takes after Sammy and Duke precedes to pound on Jameson in the corner. On the outside Stylz manages to put Arson's head in the post and incapacitates him. Ref Wilson slips Stylz brass knuckles as he gets back into the ring. Ever the opportunist Stylz hits Duke in the head, but the big man doesn't go down. Duke, on wobbly legs, walks right into a Super kick from Michael Jameson that knocks him into an RKO from Stylz. Stylz goes for the cover with Jameson on his back, and then two seconds and a three count from Johnnie Wilson later, Revolution has managed to obtain another victory at Criminal Intent's expense.

BCW WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH
Eugene Waldo vs BJ Fuller
Hollywood's own BJ Fuller is coming to the ring when a fan offers him a baby bottle, of course BJ isn't happy with this at all. He taunts the crowd who responds with boos and some choice words for BJ Fuller.   The BCW World Heavyweight Champion Eugene Waldo walks out to the ring to loving fans, including the famous Grandma Waldo,  cheering and clapping with the rythym of his bluegrass music.  Eugene shows them love and does what everyone is dying to see: his trademark dance!  The crowd goes wild and Eugene climbs in the ring to show everyone there why he is the new World Heavyweight Champ!
Eugene Waldo looks more than ready to defend his newly won title, and the crowd is behind Grandma Waldo's baby boy. The match gets under way adn Eugene lets Fuller know who the champ is, with a massive powerslam.  This makes BJ head to the outside only to be met with a barage of unflattering chants from the crowd.  BJ, always calm and manipulative, makes his way back into the ring. Cleverly avoiding Eugene, Fuller goes into an armbar, and begins trying to wear down the mammoth Appalachian-American. Fuller looks to have a sound strategy as he continuously grinds down Waldo. As BJ locks on a Crippler Crossface it looks like Eugene may lose his title on his first defense, with BJ torturing him for several minutes.
With the true heart of a champion, Waldo manages to ge tto the ropes. Eugene falls prey to the stroke and a hush rolls over the crowd, but eugene manages to kick out!  An infuriated Fuller goes to the top and gets some massive air while trying to pull of a frog splash, but Eugene summoning deep from within himself rolls out of the way!  Both men continue to battle their way up with punches and willpower when Bj comes out and stands on Eugene's throat in the corner. Now BJ is feeling like today is his day to  lock on yet another crossface, and Eugene is in trouble!  As chants of "Eugene!"  roar through the crowd, Waldo slowly drags his way to the ropes. BJ goes to set the champ up for another move when out of nowhere Eugene hits a stunner and quickly goes for the pin!  A three count later the fans erupt with joy and triumph as Eugene Waldo has succesfully defended his world heavyweight title!

Bluegrass Championship Wrestling
               Powers through Paintsville, Kentucky!
                                                        By: Jaime Caudill

I had the distinct pleasure of attending another BCW show in Paintsville, Kentucky on Saturday, June 6th. Loyal fans filled the Paintsville Rec Center in abundance, anticipating the return of BCW.

The High-Flames Drifter Arson Vs. Kentucky Outlaw David Runyon

Arson, one half of Criminal Intent, and David Runyon, one half of the Kentucky Outlaws: These two have had about enough of each other. It’s obvious that they are here to prove a point and put a stop to this hot rivalry.
It was a quick paced match from the start with Arson getting the upper hand early on. After a reversal and a clothesline David Runyon takes over and looks like he may be getting the win, but Arson turns things around with his ring awareness gets his feet on the rope. The match ended with David Runyon hitting Arson with a DDT and a pinfall.

The Beatdown

No sooner than the ref counts to three, Revolution, dressed to the nines, hits the ring. They beat Arson unmercifully with a kendo stick., and roll him out of the ring. Revolution makes it clear that they are in charge whether or not the crowd likes it.

The Medic #1 vs. Killer Kurt

It is easy to tell as the German with the bad attitude Killer Kurt enters the ring that he cares nothing for the fans or the United States. The crowd is chanting USA and Killer Kurt threatens to leave if they don’t stop. The crowd could care less if the German leaves, and continue to chant USA! He finally realizes he has no control over the crowd and decides to stick around. He mentions that the medic will need a medic after he is finished with him, and the match starts with Kurt clearly in control. It made no difference if it was a suplex, slams, or Russian leg sweeps. Killer Kurt was trying his best to send the medic to the hospital, but settled with a pinfall and another victory for this German Beast.

Intermission: FANtastic food, fans, and fun!

As usual, intermission was a treat for all of the fans! The Paintsville Rec Center had a delicious concession and BCW had all kinds of merchandise for sale at great prices, from photos of wrestlers to noise makers for the kids! Your favorite BCW stars were there for meet and greets and ready to sign anything and take photos with their adoring fans.

                     BCW Heritage Championship Match
Duke Allstriker                       VS                   Sweet Sammy Stylz
with Summer Raynes                                                         with Bunny Love

Sammy Stylz enters the ring and informs the crowd that his opponent couldn’t make it this evening, they needed to ring the bell, give him a ten count, and announce him winner tonight. Commissioner Lisa explained that Sammy’s scheduled opponent Michael Haviek was in the hospital with mysterious injuries. She then told Stylz and the audience about the opponent that was ready to face him: Duke Allstriker, one half of Criminal Intent!
As Criminal Intent with Summer Raynes make their way to the ring, Stylz is clearly frustrated. He demands that Revolution Ref Johnny Wilson will ref this match. Commissioner Lisa informs Sammy that on one condition and that was he must put the title on the line against Duke Allstriker. Stylz agrees to the terms after much taunting from the crowd, but only if Arson goes to the back.
After Arson goes to the back, the match gets underway. Stylz attacks Duke from behind as he is on the ropes. Duke reverses an Irish whip and lands a clothesline and a blanchardesque Slingshot Suplex. Stylz rolls out but quickly gets back in and goes for a clothesline which Duke ducks and atomic drops him out of the ring for a second time. Sammy clearly letting his frustrations known to the audience, and even has Revolution Ref Johnny Wilson warn Duke for his transgretions. Stylz, ever the Ring General, pulls Duke’s legs out from under him and slams Dukes knee into the apron. Stylz continues to bash Duke’s knee around the ringpost and locks on a submission around the post. Stylz gets back in the ring and continuously works the leg with a figure four with some assistance from the nefarious Bunny Love. With Sammy Stylz controlling much of the match, whether inside or outside of the ring, it doesn’t look good for Duke Allstriker. Then out of nowhere, Duke hit’s a devastating Power Slam and follows that up with a running Sidewalk Slam, and signals to the crowd that it’s over. Duke now locks Sammy Stylz into his submission hold “The Lockdown”.
As Bunny Love tries to get in the ring, Summer Raynes grabs her and they have an altercation ringside. As the ref goes to deal with the women, it looks as though Sammy Stylz is tapping out. Duke releases his hold and goes to deal with the women, only for Ref Johnny Wilson hands Sammy stylz brass knuckles. Sammy Stylz proceeds to knock Duke out cold for the three count victory.

The Beatdown Part 2

Which brings us to part 2 of Revolution members Beatdown of Criminal Intent for the night. As all four members stop him and set him up for Scorpion Brian Gilbert to beat him with a kindo stick and kick him out of the ring. For some reason Revolution decided it was time to put Criminal Intent in their place. That said, Sammy Stylz found out that you do not get in the face of Summer Raynes, when she slapped him with a thunderous right!

DOP and Colt Steele vs. Scorpion Brian Gilbert and BJ Fuller

Revolution members Scorpion Brian Gilbert and BJ Fuller enter the ring and right away the Scorpion is up to his mischievous ways, harassing Commissioner Lisa and giving her gifts including a teddy bear which she then throws to a little girl in the audience to make it clear to Brian that she does not want anything from him.
The match gets underway and right off Colt Steele lands a body slam and grounds BJ Fuller with an armbar and really puts some leverage on it! Colt then tags in crowd favorite DOP who clotheslines BJ and goes to work on his arm. After a few intense exchanges Bj manages to tag in Brian Gilbert, who squares off face to face with DOP. No love lost…Gilbert lands a disastrous Neck breaker. Being a master technician, the Scorpion quickly begins cranking DOP’s neck. At this time it doesn’t look good for the champs as Scorpion and Bj continue to cut DOP off and continue the punishment when several times it looked like DOP would make a tag. After a missed attempt coming off the top, DOP is able to make the tag to Colt Steele. Colt comes in and clears the ring, then hits a strong T-Bone Suplex and takes it out to the floor with BJ! DOP hit’s a Spine Buster and wins the match with a pinfall!

BCW World Heavyweight Championship Match
Michael Jameson with Bunny Love vs. Eugene Waldo

As promised at the last show, Bunny Love was handcuffed to Commissioner Lisa throughout the entire match because of her interfering antics. As usual, Bunny Love was less than cooperative and BCW’s beautiful but dangerous Officer Summer Raynes had to come out and put the handcuffs on her forcefully.

Michael Jameson talks down to the Paintsville crowd and lets them know that he can’t stand them or Eugene Waldo. He challenges Eugene to hug someone in the crowd if he really does love the Paintsville fans so much. Of course Eugene does, and the crowd cheers him on! It is easy to see that both of these men want the win and the title more than anything on this night! The match begins and Eugene takes over and plants Jameson early on. Jameson ends up outside of the ring and Eugene uses the ropes to throw him back into the ring, Eugene controlling much of the match for the following few minutes.

Sitting ringside, Bunny Love begins to act up, trying to get out of her predicament, and Summer Raynes grabs her and makes it clear to her that she better sit still!

It doesn’t take Michael Jameson long to get the upper hand and pummel Eugene Waldo. Jameson works Eugene over with chokes and headlocks, cutting off the Hillbilly’s oxygen. They take it to the outside and then back, where it looks like Eugene gets a near fall! Scorpion Brian Gilbert and BJ Fuller come out and to ringside to interfere in the match. Colt Steele and DOP come out to keep them in line. They battle Scorpion and BJ to the back!

In the meantime, Bunny Love and Commissioner Lisa are arguing intensely and Jameson uses this distraction to his advantage and takes Eugene down with a Superkick! Jameson climbs to the top rope and hit’s a flying elbow drop that seems to have sealed Eugene Waldo’s fate, but somehow he kicks out and it’s evident to the crowd that he really wants this title tonight!
Sammy Stylz appears out of nowhere and tosses Michael Jameson a chain. Duke Allstriker comes out, pulls Sammy Stylz off the apron, and throws him into the backstage area. Jameson goes to hit Waldo with the chain and knocks out the Referee. Revolution Ref Johnny Wilson then comes out Eugene puts Jameson down and head butts the Revolution Ref, ending his part in the match. It is plain to see that the hot-tempered Bunny Love is irate, but still handcuffed, she is unable to do anything about it. Eugene hit’s a stunner and pins Michael Jameson for the win, and becomes the new BCW Heavyweight Champion! The new champ is on his knees holding the belt up with pride and excitement! The crowd is on their feet and going wild! The locker room clears out and comes to the ring to celebrate with new Heavyweight Champion Eugene Waldo!

In the meantime a fight breaks out between Commissioner Lisa and the notorious Bunny Love, with Summer Raynes initially trying to break it up, then getting just as involved as the other two ladies. Between the hair-pulling and rolling around on the floor, it’s hard to tell which of the three ladies takes the most damage. If Summer Raynes and security hadn’t gotten the situation under control, it’s hard to say how devastating this fight could have been.

Continuing to celebrate, Eugene and his wrestler friends are still in the ring when Eugene’s music begins to play and to his fan’s delight, he breaks into his trademark dance right there in the ring! The atmosphere in the Paintsville Rec Center was full of happiness and excitement for Eugene, our new Champion!

Bluegrass Championship Wrestling Fought their
                         By: Jaime Caudill

Bluegrass Championship Wrestling rolled into Fedscreek, Kentucky on Friday, May 29th to put on a great show with some knock-down, drag-out matches and as usual with BCW, fan fun and entertainment was top-notch!

First Match: Criminal Intent vs The Medics #1 and #2

Criminal Intent members Duke Allstrker and Brian Mayhem faced off against Medics #1 and #2. Duke and Medic #1 start the match and its clear the fans are behind Criminal Intent. They rush in to meet, and from the start it's easy to see that the Medic is no match for Duke's power. After a series of moves, Duke tags in Brian Mayhem, and shortly the Medics take over, applying an intense nerve hold. Using false tags and referee distractions, the Medics keep Mayhem immobilized and unable to make the tag for a while. Out of nowhere, Mayhem hits a flying clothesline and is able to tag Duke in, who is able to come in and clear the ring. Duke then sets the Medic #1 up for a double team move that gives them the pinfall and the win!

After the match
, Sammy Stylz makes his way to the ring with his intimidating manager Sweet Brown Sugar. Sammy Stylz quickly lets the crowd know how he feels about them and about Eugene Waldo. He invites Eugene out to ringside, where he is jumped by other Revolution members BJ Fuller and the Scorpion Brian Gilbert, leaving Eugene beaten and possibly injured. Revolution showed that even without their infamous leader-BCW World heavyweight champion Michael Jameson, they are still a force to be reckoned with.

The High Flames Drifter Arson vs The Thunderbolt Kid!
Our next match of the night featured Criminal Intent member Arson vs. the Thunderbolt Kid. The match started with a quick exchange giving Arson the upper hand and leaving the Thunderbolt Kid on the ringside floor. After gaining the advantage, the Thunderbolt Kid lands a Blackhole Slam, but is unable to secure the pinfall. As the match progressed we see Arson hitting some snap Suplexes and some creative arm bars and slams. With the Thunderbolt kid unwilling to submit to the Dragon Sleeper, Arson bridges him up and drops him with an impressive reverse DDT, then sealing it with an Overdrive for the pinfall and a solid win for the High Flames Drifter!

#1 Contenders Match:
Wildheart Michael Haviek vs Kentucky Outlaw David Runyon
Next up we have a #1 Contenders match for the BCW Heritage Championship Title. The combatants for this match are the Wildheart Michael Haviek against one half of the Kentucky Outlaws, David Runyon. It was easy to tell from the start of this match that both of these men desperately wanted the win. The match starts with extreme intensity and a series of moves that drove the crowd wild and with Haviek gaining the upper hand, After Haviek accidentally clotheslines the pole on the outside, David Runyon tries to ground the innovative Michael Haviek for much of the match. It was a solid plan but unfortunately for Runyon, he found out what puts the "Heart' in the Wildheart Michael Haviek, who secured himself a future BCW Heritage title shot with a pinfall following his Moonlight Driver!

Fan-tastic Intermission!
Fedscreek Elementary had a wonderful concession and the crowd loved it! BCW had merchandise for sale such as T-shirts, photos of wrestlers from BCW and WWE, and other fun merchandise for the kids, even face-painting! And as usual during all BCW intermissions, the fans had a chance to meet their favorite wrestlers and get autographs! DOP, Criminal Intent, John Stone, and the rest of the BCW Superstars were happy to sign merchandise, photos, and even arms and legs for their devoted fans.

After Intermission, As Mass Destruction is taking photos, Revolution runs out and jumps them from behind, letting them know without a shadow of a doubt that tonight they would be in for a fight if they wanted to remain BCW Heavyweight Tag Team Champions.

Heavyweight Tagteam Championship match:
Mass Destruction vs BJ Fuller and the Scorpion Brian Gilbert
That brings us to the BCW Heavyweight Tag team championship match between Mass Destruction (The DOP and Big John Stone) vs. two members of Revolution (BJ Fuller and The Scorpion Brian Gilbert) with Fuller and Gilbert trying to win the gold and bring all BCW titles to Revolution. They would have to go through the current tag team champions Mass Destruction, who would give everything they had to hold on to the gold. The match starts and it is quickly established that Fuller and Gilbert were no match for the power of DOP and Stone. Not being without there own skills, Fuller takes out the knees of Big John Stone, and he and Brian Gilbert would take full advantage working Stone's leg over. It is a true testament to his fortitude that he did not tapout as Fuller and Gilbert really pulled out the holds to administer some punishment to his leg. When Stone was able to make the tag, it all broke loose with all four men mixing it up and taking it to the outside. It looks like Gilbert will have the last say as he goes flying out of the ring only to be caught and dealt with by the DOP and John stone. Still, the highly intense action goes on, as all men give it everything they've got for the gold. Mass Destruction is able to pull off a win after a annihilating double choke slam on BJ Fuller.

Are you ready for the Main Event?
Sammy Stylz(BCW Heritage Champion) vs Eugene Waldo
In a Heritage title match!

Next up we have our main event of the night: It's the unstoppable mouth vs the unmovable object, Sammy Stylz faces off against Eugene Waldo for BCW Heritage Championship. Eugene is hoping to extract some revenge for what he believes was Sammy costing him the World Heavyweight Championship title in his last wrestling match and walk away as the new Heritage Champion on this night in Fedscreek, Kentucky. Add that to a storied history between the two and you know why this is the main event of the night! The match starts with Sammy Stylz securing a headlock on Eugene and using some questionable hair-pulling techniques, but it doesn't take long for Eugene to gain the upper hand, bringing down Stylz with an exciting Atomic Drop! The devious Stylz proceeds to choke Eugene Waldo with a string of tape, and while Eugene is down, Stylz viciously works his leg over. Stylz then puts the Rock Bottom on Eugene, sending him to the floor with a huge crash! After Eugene delivers a short volley of moves and a dynamic stunner, it looks like the title will change hands on this night, but the resilient Sammy Stylz is able to hold on until Revolution is able to come out and help him retain his title. Mass Destruction runs out and effortlessly clears the ring, sending Revolution on their way. All the while, Sweet Brown Sugar is distracted in an intense argument with a lovely mystery fan. Thus ends another exhilarating night of action for all the loyal BCW fans!

Don't miss the next BCW show!

Bluegrass Championship Wrestling will be at Paintsville, Ky on Saturday, June 6th. Commissioner Lisa reminded us tonight that she will be handcuffed to the michevious Bunny Love during the main event in Paintsville. BCW's own Uniformed Hottie, the Sensual Summer Raines, will be there to keep the peace....You don't want to miss it!

(BCW) had the pleasure of traveling to Beautiful Blaine, Kentucky on Saturday, May 16th. BCW put on a great show at Blaine Elementary, home of the Wildcats. Fans came from all over Lawrence, Johnson, and Floyd County to see the show. The crowd varied from little babies and children to teenagers and adults of all ages…but one thing they had in common was their love for professional wrestling, and they let it show.

The infamous Michael Jameson strutted out to the ring with Scorpion Brian Gilbert right behind him and Bunny Love at his side. “Revolution Ref” Johnny Wilson also made his way into the ring with Jameson and Gilbert. “Revolution Ref” Johnny Wilson is quite obviously in Michael Jameson's pocket and during this pre-show rant by Jameson and Gilbert, we learn that the Revolution Ref will indeed be the referee during the Scorpion Brian Gilbert's match against the D.O.P. Jameson talked A LOT about himself and why he thinks he is so much better than the wrestling fans and the people of Lawrence County, Kentucky. He advised all in attendance that tonight he would prove why he is still the World Heavyweight Champion. The Scorpion Brian Gilbert talked trash to the crowd, who was not pleased with his disrespectful taunts and lame jokes. A real sigh of relief came when they were sent out of the ring by Commissioner Lisa Cantrell and the night of BCW action was ready to start!

Up First:Arson of Criminal Intent facing off with Mr. Old School David Runyon of the Kentucky Outlaws

These two teams have had a boiling rivalry in the past few months and everyone in the building can tell that it’s about to boil over. As the match started with a bunch of quick exchanges, we all know we are in for an exciting match! It’s a continuous back and forth match. Suplex for Suplex these combatants push there bodys. Then Arson mistakenly injures his shoulder in the corner and Runyon tries to take immediate advantage with an armbar. Runyon tries to distract the Ref so that Shane can take advantage of Arson’s injury. Then taunts Duke to keep the ref busy trying to keep the peace in a match that looks like its about to get out of hand. This goes on for a few minutes with Arson unwilling to submit, or be pinned. Finally with all the taunts from Runyon, Duke has been pushed too far, he gets up on the apron. Shane Allen uses a foreign object on Arsons back which Duke sees and chases him around the ring into Summer Raynes. Runyon seeing his chance hits Arson with the Gord Buster and picks up the victory. All the while Duke is holding Shane Allen so the ever sexy Summer Raynes can slap his face. The Crowd is angered at the Outlaws and let them know how they feel. As the teams make there way to the back you can tell that eventually this will have to be settled.

One of my favorite matches of the night: Nicole Starr vs. The Medic #2

That’s right, our girl Nicole Starr VS. another male wrestler! It’s not her first time and it will definitely won’t be her last! She will face any contender anytime. The Medic #2 makes it clear right from the start that he is ready to fight regardless of whether she is a man or a woman and Nicole knew she was in for a fight. This tough redhead lets him know that she is here for the victory herself and hits him with some fierce moves. Nicole goes on to roll this Medic all over the ring with her Kiwi Roll that left him visibly dazed and confused. Nicole waits for her chance and wins the match with a Devastating DDT, letting all of the talent in the back know that there is a shining Starr at the BCW, and also that the Medic may need medical attention.

Duke Allstriker of Criminal Intent against Shane Allen of The Kentucky Outlaws That’s right! These two teams are back again with the remaining members to fight it out, and its clear there is no love lost between them. The bout begins with Duke using his overpowering strength to gain the advantage. After nailing a slingshot Suplex and promising to ground the high flyer, it looked like Duke would run this match at his own pace. Fortune smiled upon the quick Shane Allen as he narrowly avoids a splash in the corner and precedes to take out the big man’s legs and work him over. With fast leg and body drops and pounding the knees this young outlaw feels it his time. He lands a shoulder tackle off the top, and an annihilating missile drop kick, but he eventually goes to the top and is caught doing a Cross Body that lands him into a Fallaway Slam. Then after a failed cheat attempt that leaves Runyon stunned on the outside, Duke picks up the Pinfall after a Rock Bottom which sent the crowd into an uproar. Commissioner Lisa Cantrell enters the ring at this point and announces that June 6th at the Paintsville Rec Center, the Kentucky Outlaws will face Criminal Intent in a Tag Team match. The Outlaws did not seem too pleased with this, but Arson and Duke were ecstatic, and I’m sure Summer Raynes will have them whipped into shape (literally) for their match.

Intermission: Fan Fun!

This leads us into our intermission segment which was announced by our lovely Commissioner Lisa Cantrell, where all the fans could meet and greet with all of their favorite BCW Stars, buy photographs, t-shirts, and other merchandise with their favorite stars on them. Fans were able to get autographs from their favorite wrestlers and take photos with them as well. Blaine Elementary had a delicious concession stand with lots of friendly people.

Wildheart Michael Havoc Faces off against the Medic!

After intermission and the crowd had settled back down from all of the splendor that is BCW…we hear the Medic #1 will face off with none other than the Wildheart Michael Havoc! The crowd went Wild when Havoc came running out from backstage. It was easy to see that both of these competitors were willing to put their bodies on the line. The Medic was really out tonight, giving it all he had, and it was easy to see that he wanted this victory. Unfortunately for the Medic, Havoc was not going to let that happen. After he lands a kick to the head, it was obvious that Havoc had the Medic’s number this night, and that was amplified when he defeated the Medic with his Moonlight Driver, picking up yet another win that will bring him closer to a title match against the Bluegrass Heritage Champion and Revolution member, Sammy Stylz, who better be ready because one Wildheart Michael Havoc sent his message loud and clear.

The Scorpion Brian Gilbert VS The D.O.P in a Brutal Match!

In another attempt to woo Commissioner Lisa, Scorpion Brian Gilbert came into the ring holding flowers and speaking apologetically. Luckily for her and all of the fans, we heard the music hit and D.O.P. comes storming the ring, only slightly delayed by his adoring fans awaiting him ringside as usual. This match goes to show what happens when two men genuinely dislike each other, especially when D.O.P. has such powerful slams and punches, while Brian Gilbert uses punishing Spine Busters and is a master tactician. D.O.P. was eventually disqualified when his rage got the better of him and the “Revolution Ref” Johnny Wilson caught him beating Brian Gilbert with none other than Gilbert’s own kendo stick. This exuberant crowd was not the least bit shy to let their opinions be heard about D.O.P. losing this match after such a valiant effort and their fury over the Revolution Ref Johnny Wilson so obviously cheating the D.O.P out of a win during this match! I would have hated to have been the Revolution Ref if he had been caught outside or near the audience. I’m sure that with DOP being one half of Mass Destruction and the tag team champs, I’m sure he will be able to extract his revenge against Brian Gilbert when D.O.P. and John Stone face off against Brian Gilbert and BJ Fuller on June 6th in Paintsville, Ky.

Are You Ready for the Main Event?! Michael Jameson Against Eugene Waldo!

Next up is the Main Event of the night, and let me tell you this was one night with a lot of action! Michael Jameson comes out with the luscious Bunny Love by his side, walking with the swagger of a man who knows he has a game plan for his match. He isn’t shy to tell the crowd exactly how he feels about them, and they don’t hold back as he is bombarded with Michael Jackson taunts. The greatly despised Revolution Ref Johnnie Wilson had the nerve to accompany Jameson to the ring. Clearly Jameson had plans on using Johnnie Wilson to cheat his way into a win just as Gilbert did against D.O.P. , but Lisa quickly shot down that plan and ordered the Revolution Ref out of the ring immediately. Jameson continued to hear boos and taunts, but the crowd quickly changes from jeers to cheers when the beloved hillbilly, Eugene Waldo comes from the back. Jameson says that this is his chance to show the crowd how Eugene feels about them. He tells Eugene that if he truly does love his fans to give a two women in the audience big ol’ hugs. Of course, Eugene, being the man that he is, hugs both of the women, and does a dance for the crowd. As this match gets underway it’s easy to tell that these men are deserving of main event status. They go through their match with a series of back and forths that shows that this truly is a game of human chess. At one point in the match Eugene Waldo is accused of pinching Jameson in a tender area, as Jameson is trying to explain it to the ref both men are a recipient of said Pinch, which had the crowd rolling in the floor laughing. The match quickly picked back up, with both men getting near fall after near fall. After a explosive Spine Buster by Eugene, we see Brian Gilbert make his way to ringside. Just as it seems Eugene is about to win the Championship, Bunny Love distracts the Referee. While “The Scorpion” Brian Gilbert distracts Eugene, that leaves him open to a Superkick by Michael Jameson, and the victory is Jameson’s. After further assault on Eugene, Jameson and Gilbert call out D.O.P. and Criminal Intent, who rush to the ring to help their fallen comrade Eugene Waldo. In true Revolution Fashion they run their mouths all the way backstage.

End of Show Announcements by Commissioner Lisa Cantrell

Commissioner Cantrell reminded Bunny Love that she would be handcuffed to her in Paintsville on June 6th. She also announced that BCW will be in Fedscreek May 29th for another FANtastic show. I will be in the audience as usual, and if you want to have an awesome time you should be there too!
